Checking Your Package
Upon receiving your miniSMU MS01 package:
- Carefully unpack all items, keeping the original packaging for potential future transportation
- Verify that all items listed above are included
- Inspect each component for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping
- Check that all accessories and cables are in good condition
- Verify that the serial number on the calibration certificate matches the device
Missing or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged items or packaging
- Note any missing components
- Contact Undalogic immediately before proceeding with setup
- Have your order information and device serial number ready when contacting Undalogic
Retaining Packaging Materials
We recommend keeping the original packaging materials for at least the duration of the warranty period. The custom-designed packaging provides optimal protection if you need to transport the device or return it for service.
